Fitness Gift Ideas for the Holidays!

Need some giftspiration? Tis the season! So I want to help you by giving you some ideas and recommendations for all your friends and family who are into fitness (or are trying to be) so you can surprise them with some pretty awesome & useful gifts. I always love to spread  the fitness love and this is the perfect time of year! There is nothing like the gift of health right?!

FUN Fitness Tank Tops!

You can’t go wrong with a fun, comfy workout top & there are so many fun ones to choose from! I’ve picked out my favorites to share with you. I personally love wearing fun shirts, especially when working out with clients or in group because it just lightens the mood and puts a smile on everyones face.

  • For the yoga person in your life, check out this funny top.

  • For overall fitness inspiration, take a look at this one.

  • For your wine & animals lovers, this one is adorable!

  • Running for wine? This top is great for your runner friends. I’d be more inclined to run if I knew there was wine waiting for me, just saying.

  • Have a toast to celebrate that great workout in this cute top!

  • And another wine/fitness top that just makes you laugh. I got it in pink, of course.

  • Ok you can probably tell I have a wine & workout theme going here so if you are a fellow wineo (or have someone in mind who is), you have to check out this tank, it’s my personal favorite!

Fitness Equipment

I picked out some pieces of equipment that I love using myself and with my clients. These are great for friends/family members who want to workout at home and would love some equipment besides weights to workout with.

  • Sliders & Bands: I personally use ones I got from Beachbody that I love but they can be a bit pricey. I know this time of year we all like to save money where we can (thank you Amazon!) so I did my research and found some I thought looked perfect from the company Peach Bands. They have fitness equipment made by women for women which I love and their products have amazing reviews on Amazon (also read in the reviews they have great customer service which I always appreciate).
    • These small bands are amazing for glute and leg exercises! I really like that they come with 4 different resistance levels from light to x-heavy so you can incorporate them no matter what your fitness level is.
    • These sliders really make your core work! It’s important to get a set that works on carpet or a hard floor so I like that these do.
  • Core Ball: The one my mom and sister gave me is no longer available but this one looks awesome! It’s a great gift and I LOVE all the effective exercises you can do with it. It’s great for a lower impact workout and to help really fire up your core!
  • Foam Roller: This one is for all your friends/family who say they need to stretch and release the tension in their sore muscles…a foam roller is a must! I’ve been using mine more often because as uncomfortable as it is when doing it, it really helps! This is the one I have and love.

Random Fun Fitness Stuff

  • So this isn’t necessarily a helpful tool for a workout BUT it is workout related so that counts right? I absolutely LOVE this stemless wine glass…who doesn’t want to drink a glass of wine in their yoga pants?!
  • Need a good stocking stuffer for a loved one who is trying to get on track with their nutrition? I love this food journal because it has space to let you write all your meals, snacks, exercise, water intake, cravings/struggles, and goals. I believe there is nothing like good old fashioned pen & paper!
  • A fitbit! This is a bit pricey but if you are looking for a big gift, I absolutely love my fitbit. My sister got it for me for Christmas two years ago and I’ve been obsessed with it since. I love being able to track my steps, see my heart rate at rest and while working out, calories burned, and my sleep patterns. Also, they have great customer service and a year warranty on their products no matter where you buy them from. When something went wrong with mine, I called and they immediately sent me a new one!
  • Have an aspiring personal trainer friend/family member? One item that is essential when training is a stopwatch. This is the one I bought (in black), it’s simple and just what you need. At first I bought a Procoach one but it wouldn’t stop beeping which drove me nuts so I returned it and got the one I linked to above instead. It’s perfect!

That’s it for now. I will update this post if I think of anything else but I hope you get some fun ideas for all your fitness friends and family. I do have affiliate links in this post and get a small commission (at no cost to you) if you use my links. 🙂 I always appreciate the support and I only recommend products I personally have experience with (or researched heavily) and love. I want you to have the best and the most affordable options to help you & your loved ones on your fitness journey!  Happy Holidays!
