The Best Cross Training Shoes for Your Workouts!

Recently, I’ve been asked by clients and friends what type of shoes are best when doing strength training, HIIT, circuit workouts, etc. so I want to share my favorite pair with you! Shoes make  BIG difference during a workout, they help give you the support you need depending on the type of workout you are doing. If you are a runner, of course you go for your favorite pair of running shoes but many aren’t sure what to wear when they come train with me. In my opinion, the best way to go is a great pair of cross trainers! They give you the support and stability (they are flatter than running shoes to help with stabilization) you need when lifting weights, jumping, and going from exercise to exercise in a circuit. They are meant for these type of workouts and they don’t disappoint. Believe me, you will feel the difference!

These Nike Cross Trainers are by far my favorite ones! They come in a ton of different colors and prices, are super comfortable, and help give me the support I need while lifting weights and doing HIIT type exercises. LOVE them! I recommended them to a client recently and she is loving them and feels the difference when wearing these versus the running shoes she was wearing before (especially when it comes to stability). So I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me!

 

Just like with any cute outfit, shoes complete the look! It’s no different when it comes to your workout shoes so treat yourself to an awesome pair (maybe as a reward for reaching a goal??) and go sweat it out!
